How to Get Rid of Dark Circles
Home Remedies
- Get enough of sleep is very important to improve the dark
circles. Put extra effort to have an early night.
- Use dark circle eye cream recommended by your dermatologist
to reduce dark circles caused by hyperpigmentation from sun damage and
melasma.
- Avoid direct expose to the sun; wear a big sunglasses that
can cover the eye areas in daytime.
- Avoid salty food at night before important event and keep
your head raised on an extra pillow in bed to minimize fluid build-up.
