When you stay late at night everyday and eat after 8pm may be a risk factor in gaining weight. According to a study from Northwestern Medicine, the late sleepers consumed 248 more calories a day. Besides that, lack of sleep causes you to eat more throughout the day and not have enough energy for the next day. The best solution is to get enough rest for seven to nine hours every night. It is also a simple and effective way to keep your weight loss goals on the right track.

Drink loads of water

Chew your food slowly. The more time it will take you to finish a meal can prevent you from overeating. Chewing your food twice as long as normally would instantly help you to control your portion sizes and it will decrease the calorie consumption. Don’t skip your breakfast because your blood sugar will drop. Therefore, you become hungry and have less energy that will lead you to eat larger portion at your lunch or dinner. Also, people who skip breakfast compensate later in the day with more refined carbohydrates and fats. But when you eat breakfast, your body feel satisfies and full, making you less likely to overeat the rest of the day.

iLipo treatment

One of the fast and lazy ways to get efficient result is to do iLipo treatment. The iLipo lasers are released through the treatment pads that can place in specific areas of the body. The iLipo lasers trigger a chemical signal in the fat cells that break down stored triglycerides into free fatty acids and glycerol. Then, it can be released through the cell membranes. With the use of iLipo low level lasers, the machine imitates the body’s natural fat burning process and allows you to target the area for fat burning even before you begin to exercise.
